Mobile Engineer

Requirements

Must-haves

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Experience with React Native
• Experience with JavaScript, Android, and/or iOS build tooling
• Experience leading technically demanding and cross-functional projects
• Ability to make quick, informed technical decisions while engaging relevant stakeholders
• Strong customer-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate directly with users
• Habit of reflection and understanding of personal success drivers
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

• Startup experience
• Experience with Expo, Objective-C, Swift, Java (Android), or Kotlin
• Experience mentoring other engineers and collaborating closely with design teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

• Collaborate with designers, customer engineers, support engineers, and go-to-market teams
• Define, build, ship, and iterate on our Mobile platform to improve performance and usability
• Partner with customers and support teams to shape the product roadmap and refine the user experience
• Solve complex product and technical challenges in mobile development
• Work across a variety of technologies and platforms (React Native, React.js, JavaScript, Objective-C, Java)
• Ensure high-quality user experiences with attention to detail and technical excellence
