Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve website performance and functionality.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into web applications.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
- Manage hosting, domain registration, and website maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
