About the Role

Are you passionate about building AI systems that can think, learn, and trade autonomously?

Predictiva is looking for a Deep Learning Engineer to join our award-winning team developing next-generation AI trading platforms. You’ll work on cutting-edge models, transform research into production systems, and help redefine how machine learning interacts with global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deep Learning Engineer at Predictiva, you will:

  • Develop and train advanced deep learning models using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Build and deploy APIs for AI models, preferably using FastAPI, and deploy them on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • Integrate model training pipelines with third-party tools for experiment tracking, visualization, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and process data — including structured and unstructured time-series data — for use in ML models.
  • Bridge the gap between research and production, translating machine learning ideas into real-world trading applications.
  • Collaborate across teams, sharing knowledge and presenting insights to data scientists, software engineers, and financial experts.

  • Free unlimited personal access to our trading platforms.
  • Access to powerful cloud-based compute resources.
  • Company laptop and technical tools.
  • The opportunity to work on state-of-the-art AI and FinTech technologies.
  • A vibrant, collaborative environment of scientists, engineers, and financial innovators.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong deep learning skills with creativity and curiosity.

Essential qualifications:

  • BSc in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience building APIs (preferably FastAPI) and Python-based applications.
  • Experience using ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in handling complex datasets and time-series data.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and clearly communicate findings.

Desirable qualifications:

  • MSc or PhD in AI, ML, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Interest or prior experience in financial markets.

Why Join Us

At Predictiva, you’ll have the chance to work at the intersection of AI research, financial innovation, and scalable engineering. You’ll help build systems that learn from markets in real time — and you’ll do it alongside a team that values curiosity, excellence, and creative thinking.
