I. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our Customer Data and Marketing Technology team within Fidelity Wealth Organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain highly scalable distributed systems, focusing on both frontend and middle-tier components. You will work on innovative solutions that enable multi-channel integration and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a critical role in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-scale cloud-based platforms.

II. Roles & Responsibilities

Design and write clean, testable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS services and open-source technologies.
Develop highly available and fault-tolerant systems leveraging Java Spring, Web APIs, and messaging technologies (Kinesis, Kafka, SNS, SQS).
Develop and enhance frontend applications using JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.
Implement and optimize data pipelines for cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Graph databases).
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker.
Deploy and manage applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and leverage serverless architectures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Work across the full software development lifecycle — from design to production support.
Drive innovation by creating prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and exploring new technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver value.

III. Years Of Experience

6–9 years of professional software development experience.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
AWS certifications or equivalent cloud expertise preferred.

Programming Languages: Java, Scala, Python (OOP)
Frontend: JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS
Frameworks: Java Spring
Cloud: AWS services (Kinesis, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch)
Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, Graph databases
Data & Stream Processing: Kinesis Data Analytics, Flink, Spark, Snowflake
Messaging: Kafka, Kinesis
DevOps: Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Architecture: Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless design
Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice To Have

Experience building customer data platforms or marketing technology solutions
Experience with in-memory caching and performance tuning
Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for monitoring distributed systems
