Business Analyst EHS (Environmental health and safety)

Role : Business Analyst EHS (ServiceNow)

Client: Semi-Government

Department: Digital Transformation

Location: United Arab Emirates

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by capturing and documenting EHS requirements and ensuring they are delivered effectively in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders

• Document business processes and requirements

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• Support UAT, training, and post-go-live adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementations

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, ISO 14001)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
