Junior Data Analyst

We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst who's ready to dive into real business challenges, support high-impact decisions, and grow their analytical skillset in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll work closely with experienced analysts, operators, and business leaders to turn data into insights that shape how we operate, serve customers, and grow.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Analyze data from across the business to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics like customer acquisition, retention, operational efficiency, and service performance.
• Support A/B tests, customer cohort analyses, and performance evaluations across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Operations, and Product to translate data into actionable insights.
• Help improve data quality, integrity, and documentation across systems and processes.
• Continuously learn, experiment, and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the business.

✅ What We're Looking For

• A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (coursework, projects, or internships all count).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a genuine curiosity for solving problems.
• Clear communication skills, you can translate data findings into insights people understand and act on.
• A proactive, growth-oriented attitude: you love learning, collaborating, and improving how things work.
• Bonus: Interest in field services, logistics, or property maintenance analytics.
