Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operations, customer experiences, and decision-making. The role requires expertise in ML, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, with experience handling large datasets, integrating AI into enterprise systems, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models.
- Preprocess, analyze, and manage large structured/unstructured datasets.
- Apply deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques to projects where relevant.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and security standards.
- Provide documentation, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI applications into enterprise systems.
Educational & Professional Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean) and version control (GitHub).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, Supabase DB) and development environments (Colab, VS Code).
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Experience in MLOps (pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring).
- Hands-on experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
- Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Recommended Certifications:
- Google TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate.
