The Position
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy & tactics for assigned in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) products, in order to meet defined Sales and KPI targets for the affiliate in the Baltic states. You will ensure success of your portfolio in the Baltic market, including the development of all elements of the diagnostic market mix. You will lead the execution and development of marketing activities to create value and growth within your portfolio.
The role is based in Riga and will report to Head of Marketing Diagnostics Baltic.

The role is based in Riga and will report to Head of Marketing Diagnostics Baltic.
Career Opportunities and Challenges
- End-to-end life cycle management of respective product portfolio;
- Develop and implement marketing plan for the dedicated product group;
- Steer complex projects or task forces with involvement of various internal and external stakeholders, customers and distributors;
- Perform internal and external training, promotional events;
- Develop on label product promotional materials (brochures, presentations, etc.);
- Manage product-related documentation, organize the translation of marketing, promotion and other necessary documents that should be available in local languages;
- Monitor competitors position and market trends to be able to provide analysis and make informative decisions
- University degree in Natural / Life sciences, Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing or product management in the medical device/diagnostics, healthcare or life science industry
- Latvian language on native level and fluent written and verbal English language skills
- Advanced user of MS office applications
- Advanced user of G-suit is preferred
- Great communication skills to propose and articulate clearly ideas and opinions
- Be able to present complex topics in a comprehensive manner for various audiences (e.g. Leadership Team, Sales, Finance dept., etc.)
- Ability to drive multiple projects with multiple priorities is essential; as is the ability to strategically think through complex opportunities
- You are result-oriented, able to work independently as well as in teams, a dynamic self-starter, with the drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision
- You are customer focused and solution-oriented, good in planning and organizing
- Project management skills are preferred
- You have proven ability to think innovatively and the drive and tenacity to operate in a demanding, competitive market and a rapidly changing environment
