We are looking for a AI Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence systems and machine learning models that solve real-world problems and enhance business processes. The primary focus of this role will be TOBi, Vodafone’s virtual assistant, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer experiences across all channels

What You’ll Do

• AI Development & Integration;
• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions and ML models to optimize business processes;
• Support the continuous improvement of TOBi’s capabilities across multiple touchpoints;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of both open-source and proprietary AI models;
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization;
• Draft, refine, and test text prompts to ensure they yield the desired outcomes;
• Optimize prompts based on feedback from clients and performance data;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define the best approach for AI-driven solutions across channels;
• Align with product, UX, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI features;
• Quality & Performance Monitoring;
• Analyze results and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar;
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI;
• Familiarity with prompt design and optimization techniques;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and international environments;
• Previous experience in similar roles;
• Experience with chatbot platforms or virtual assistants;
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for AI development;
• Exposure to cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP);
• Excellent communication skills in English.
