Your new adventure

  • Implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes for the EMEA, Rotax (Austria), APAC, and China regions
  • Overall responsibility for the recruiting process from needs assessment to onboarding for our global locations
  • Identification and acquisition of national and international specialists and managers, as well as filling key positions
  • Development of talent acquisition strategies and concepts to best achieve our corporate goals
  • Trustful collaboration with local management and the Talent Acquisition Global Director within a matrix organization
  • Implementation of global processes and guidelines for talent acquisition and human resource management
  • Management and continuous improvement of the candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand
  • Leadership and development of our talent acquisition team as well as management of external service providers

Your Experiences And Skills

  • Completed education or studies (HTL/University/University of Applied Sciences) in the fields of human resource management, business administration or similar.
  • Several years of professional and management experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or human resources
  • Industry experience in an international manufacturing company or a globally active industrial enterprise is an advantage
  • Profound experience in HR marketing, active sourcing and the acquisition of specialists and managers through all recruiting channels
  • Conceptual strengths and a hands-on mentality for the development and implementation of national and global recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with social media, modern recruiting technologies and current recruiting trends
  • Leadership skills and a results-oriented approach to achieve our corporate goals as a team
  • Moderation skills and strong negotiation skills - both in English and German
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 81,261.04 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
