Product Manager

Job Purpose

CMS Distribution is one of Europe’s leading technology distributors of products from top global brands in emerging categories. The company serves a wide range of global vendors and customers with a growing and successful business across multiple locations within the AMR, EMEA, and JAPAC regions. Working in a fast-paced environment your main duties will be to support and assist the Vendor Managers in managing a group of vendors and enhancing our working relationship with customers.

The main functions of the role includes, but are not limited to the below responsibilities to ensure that all business components of the Vendor and Customer’s service level requirements are met.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand the various systems, including SAP, QlikView, Box etc.
• Provide support to the Vendor Manager on a given set of Vendors.
• Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process including completion of CMS and Customer set up forms.
• Assist in loading/updating customer-specific cost and sales pricing within SAP.
• Manage and process price protection claims to vendors and within internal Pipefy platform.
• Manage the process of ensuring any vendor rebates and loaded in to systems to ensure correct margins are reflected on sales orders.
• Contribute to Process Improvement initiatives by reviewing existing process and recommending improvements to make us more efficient as a business

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks
• Associates or Bachelors’ Degree is a plus
• Commercial understanding of Consumer Electronic business preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
