Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Backlog Management

• Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and feasibility of user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Guide development teams on architecture, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Address technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of the product.

Agile & Scrum Collaboration

• Serve as the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Customer-Centric Development

• Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback to refine product features.
• Ensure the product meets user expectations and market demands.
• Act as a bridge between customers and development teams to clarify technical feasibility.

Mandatory skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
