Operations Assistant Intern (Web3/AI)

We’re looking for an Operations Assistant Intern to join our team and support the smooth execution of day-to-day activities across recruitment, business operations, and events. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn how a global Web3/AI/Tech- focused business operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational and administrative tasks across different business units
• Assist in managing schedules, candidate databases, and project tracking tools
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants on candidate and client data updates
• Contribute to process improvement by helping streamline workflows and documentation
• Assist in event operations and partnership deliverables where required
• Research market trends, companies, and talent within the Web3/AI/Blockchain/Tech sector
• Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team and global offices

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, AI or emerging technologies is a big plus
• Prior experience in operations, admin, or Human Resource Intern roles is advantageous but not required
