Business Analyst - Bloomberg Port

We are supporting a leading investment firm on a long-term transformation project to migrate performance processes from FactSet onto Bloomberg PORT. We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong knowledge of performance calculation and attribution.

• Act as the link between investment, performance, and technology teams.

• Gather and document business requirements for the Bloomberg PORT migration.

• Support system configuration, testing, and performance data validation.

• Analyse attribution results and resolve calculation discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Bloomberg, vendors, and internal IT teams.

• Proven Business Analyst experience within investment management.

• Hands-on knowledge of Bloomberg PORT (Portfolio & Risk Analytics).

• Strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.

• Techno-functional ability - comfortable with data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

• FactSet experience is an advantage.

• Long-term project with a leading investment firm.

• Involvement in a high-profile vendor migration (FactSet → Bloomberg).

• Netherlands-based role (relocation considered).

• English-speaking environment.
