Communications Manager

We seek an experienced Communications Manager to join our #dowhatyoucant team and help us grow the exciting EV industry together.

As a Communications Manager, you will be fully responsible for all central communication initiatives and supporting local country representatives with guides and tips for localized communication. ​

Your primary responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to: ​

• Brand development: You will be the primary Brand guardian and oversee all initiatives related to Brand development, including our channels (website, social media, etc).
• Awareness building and lead generation: Your responsibility will include brand awareness and support of the sales team with new leads.
• Product launches: You will work closely with the Product Managers, and develop supporting materials and launch plans for new products and features.​
• Budgeting and planning: Together with the leadership team and product managers, you will coordinate the development of communication initiatives and plans.
• Team lead: you will work closely with the in-house Content Manager and Event Manager, as well as external suppliers (agencies and freelancers).

Success in your role translates into a solid, fit-for-purpose, and commercially successful product range. 

Requirements​:

• 5 years of experience in communication or marketing roles, preferably in the B2B segment.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and verbal).
• You must be familiar and comfortable with all communication channels, from PR, social media, and paid media to newsletters or events.
• High sense of ownership, capacity to handle shifting priorities, and track record of prioritizing effectively. 
• Experience in managing in-house and external stakeholders.

Salary:

2500-3000 €/mon. gross depending on experience.
