Title: Network Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Determine user requirements and design specifications for computer networks
  • Plan and implement network upgrades, including provisioning of data center equipment
  • Adjust network sizes to meet volume or capacity demands
  • Communicate with customers, sales, or marketing staff to understand needs
  • Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Linux/Unix, and Python
  • Proven ability to design and build networks (not solely deployment)
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware as it relates to data storage
  • Familiarity with configuration management software, operating systems, and directory services
  • Strong scripting ability (Python/C++ or similar) — able to understand and write basic logic (if/else)
