Our customer base includes cable and telecom operators, cloud providers, Internet exchanges, governments, and thousands of enterprises. 

The candidate will be part of the agile R&D team developing complete systems including both hardware and software.


Position summary

For our Kista office, we are looking for a Software Developer to join our R&D team. You will work across backend, frontend, and data solutions to build robust, scalable systems for telemetry, monitoring, analytics, and applications. To succeed in this role, you should have strong expertise in Laravel and PHP, experience with modern frameworks, and a passion for building reliable, secure, and observable systems.

We are working in agile teams of 5–8 people consisting of software and hardware developers, system testers, and Scrum Masters. Some possibility for work from home is available, but most days we work in our office in Kista, Stockholm.


Requirements
  • Based in the Stockholm area
  • Office-first policy
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Good communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Proven professional experience with Laravel and PHP
  • Strong knowledge of common modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js)
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, e.g. containerization (Docker), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Awareness of secure development practices and testing methods (e.g., least privilege, RBAC)
  • Swedish citizenship or permanent residence, EU citizenship, or full right to work without requiring visa sponsorship
Desired skills:
  • Knowledge of different protocols e.g. OSPF, IP, SNMP and NETConf
  • Experience of working with telecom or other network products
  • Experience of working with fiberoptics
  • Atlassian product suite, e.g. Jira
