Job Title: CAPEX Project Manager

Location: Remote/Germany

Length of Contract: 12 month, (Full FTC)

Haybury are partnered with a leading Biotech organization with manufacturing operations spanning the globe. They are currently launching a new sterile manufacturing line and seeking an experienced Project Manager to effectively deliver the project on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective project management processes to support overall project strategy
• Coordinate and manage resources and CAPEX allocation
• Deliver the project ensuring all allocated timelines are met
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders accordingly
• Work with cross functional teams to overcome any challenges that arise on the project
• Advise and lead junior members on the project how to successfully deliver the project on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree within Engineering, Project Management or Life Sciences
• 5+ years expereince within CAPEX Project Management
• 2+ years working expereince with automation technologies is desirable
• Fluent in English verbal and written communication, German would also be desirable
