- Location: Knutsford
- Hybrid: 2-3 days in office
- Duration: Initial 3 months
- Rate: £350 - £380 Inside IR35
Role Description:
We are looking for someone who has led banking app migrations or enhancements at a major bank.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
Team Leadership:
- Assemble and lead project teams.
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Risk & Change Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Track project performance using tools like Gantt charts and dashboards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Present progress reports and final outcomes to leadership.
