As they expand their product and design team, they’re seeking a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience, design systems, and product thinking.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation through to final UI execution and developer handoff. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to design experiences that delight users and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle — from user research, journey mapping, and wireframes to polished UI design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user problems, propose solutions, and test hypotheses.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure brand and UX consistency.
• Translate complex technical processes into simple, elegant user interfaces.
• Conduct user testing and feedback loops to continuously refine product experience.
• Use data and insights to guide design decisions and measure design impact.
• Stay current on SaaS design trends, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally within SaaS or tech startups.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-based SaaS applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work — from research to final UI.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise UX, or productivity tools.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, React).
• Motion/interaction design or microanimation experience.
• Prior experience in Dubai or MENA startup ecosystems
