Senior Servicenow Developer

**Required Qualifications:**

- Strong experience with ServiceNow and its modules

- Proficient in GlideScript / JavaScript

- Knowledge of HTML / CSS / Angular

- Expertise in Flow Designer / Workflow Engine

- Skills in UI Builder and Data Management

- Strong strategic and analytical abilities

- Proficient in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Understanding of ITSM / ITOM processes

- Experience applying ServiceNow process improvements in non-ITSM domains (e.g., HR, Security, Finance)

- Experience with standard and custom API integrations

- Ability to manage smaller development initiatives

**Job Description:**

- Engage with business users to gather requirements

- Develop specifications based on business needs

- Design, develop, and deliver solutions

- Provide documentation for prioritization

- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders

- Test and verify solutions against requirements

- Implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions

**Candidate Profile:**

- Several years of experience in software development and maintenance

- Proven experience in ServiceNow development (including standard modules and custom applications)

- Level 4 Knowledge & Competence:

- High generalist competence or very high competence in a specific area

7 to 8 years of consulting experience, including delivering assignments

- At least 2 years at Level 3 before advancing to Level 4

- Strong independence and a proven ability to manage larger groups
