Vulnerability Management Analyst

AllSTARSIT, a global outstaffing partner, is hiring on behalf of bolttech — a leading international insurtech.

bolttech is expanding its Information Security team and we’re looking for a Vulnerability Management Analyst to join us.

What you’ll do:

• Manage intake & triage of vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, containers, and cloud.
• Coordinate scans (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Snyk, CSPM tools).
• Enrich findings with CVSS, EPSS, CISA KEV, and asset criticality.
• Partner with IT, cloud & product teams to drive remediation and reporting.
• Automate tasks and build dashboards for SLA, MTTR, backlog, KEV metrics.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in vulnerability management, SecOps, or threat & vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable / Qualys / Rapid7.
• Cloud & enterprise knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, M365; Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into business context.
