Fullstack Development Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python (backend) and React (frontend), with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js .
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust features end-to-end.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of fullstack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and web frameworks such as Django/FastAPI/Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 CSS3
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
  • Understanding of system design and scalability concepts.
