Quality Assurance

Companial R&D team is looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to join a skilled team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remote (within Lithuania). What you are going to do:

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are clearly described and reproducible
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and other QA documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Creation and maintenance of automated tests using Postman and Playwright
  
  
  

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices
• Ability to create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and test cases
• Ability to analyze requirements and independently identify test scenarios
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
  
  
  

What is nice to have, but not required from you:

• ISTQB certification
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Postman)
• Familiarity with performance or security testing tools and concepts
• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Monthly salary ranges from 2500 EUR – 4000 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate ‘s professional experience, knowledge and competencies)
