🛠️ Your missions & responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop local project development teams across multiple European countries
• Implement common working methods and encourage cross-border sharing of best practices
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and suppliers while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions, working closely with internal departments and external partners
• Define and drive a global project development strategy aligned with business objectives and the Climate Action Plan (energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, circular materials)
• Identify market trends, foster innovation, and integrate new technologies into projects (energy management, solar, smart metering, etc.)

🎯 The ideal profile

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior project management function
• Strong expertise in modern construction techniques and sustainability challenges
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills in Dutch & English, (French is a plus)
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
