Required Skills

• 5+ years of knowledge and experience working with federal/provincial/broader public sector healthcare-related projects
• Demonstrated alignment with the Ontario Digital Service Standard, ensuring delivery practices reflect user-centred design, accessibility, privacy, and security principles.
• Identifying, prioritising, and articulating risks and issues at senior executive levels; developing and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Driving agile delivery with product-focused teams; collaborating with business analysts and system designers to define scope, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with operational/IT needs.
