What You will Do:
- Campaign Development: Develop and implement innovative B2B social media advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth ๐
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement, ensuring campaigns are aligned with our goals and values ๐
- Content Coordination: Partner with the content team to create tailored advertising materials that resonate with B2B audiences and foster meaningful connections ๐
- Budget Management: Ensure responsible and mindful management of the advertising budget to maximize positive impact and return ๐
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Meta account managers, agencies, and internal teams to support and enhance campaign success ๐ค
Preferred Background:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability in crafting and nurturing B2B social media campaigns that attract quality leads and contribute to overall business success, especially within SaaS or Supply fields ๐
- B2B Advertising: Proven experience with B2B Meta Advertising and lead acquisition; LinkedIn advertising experience as an added benefit ๐ฏ
- Analytical Insights: Skilled in using social media analytics platforms to understand and communicate campaign performance, fostering data-informed decisions ๐
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a talent for balancing multiple campaigns while maintaining a focus on deadlines and quality ๐
- AI-Driven Mindset: A Passion for staying ahead on best practices how to maximize the use of AI in your field. Ideally experienced in frequent use of AI and a strategic view to harness future capabilities ๐ฎ
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a passion for creating compelling content and fostering cross-functional teamwork ๐ฃ๏ธ
