Data Analyst

Role:

• We are seeking a data analyst to help unlock insights from complex datasets to drive business decisions.
• You will work closely with finance, product, and technology teams to understand their needs, deliver actionable reports, and build BI dashboards that influence strategic outcomes.
• This is a hands-on role with exposure to large-scale data, cloud platforms, and cross-border collaboration with the China team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, and Looker) to support finance and operational decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all reporting and analysis.
• Present findings to business leaders in clear, actionable ways.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to AI-related analytics initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau required; Power BI or Looker a plus).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to translate business needs into data solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FinTech or financial data environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Big Query, Hive).
• Programming experience (Python preferred; Java optional).
