Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights using data-driven analysis and visualizations.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

•Work closely with business units (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to gather and document requirements for reports and dashboards.

•Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Data Analysis & Reporting

•Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

•Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices.

•Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of reports and dashboards.

Qualitative Requirements & Summary of Expectations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•Domain expertise in Retail and / or E-commerce field is Mandatory.

•Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing complex data analysis.

•Solid understanding of data modeling, database structures, and ETL processes.

•Knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks for data analysis.

•Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau).

Experience: -

3-5 Years experience.

•Retail / ecommerce domain
