Visual Development Artist

We’re now looking for a Visual Development Artist to join our growing art team and bring vibrant, imaginative worlds to life. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other artists to make sure our games are visually stunning and fun to play. If you love creating visually engaging environments, expressive characters, and rich concept art that fuels the imagination, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Create polished and engaging art assets: characters, environments, and props.
• Prepare assets for production in a clean and organized manner, ensuring easy integration with the game engine.
• Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to ensure your art supports gameplay and the overall vision.
• Iterate on visuals based on team feedback and player insights, refining art to perfection.
• Maintain a consistent and appealing art style across all assets and projects.
• Contribute to concept art and visual explorations, pitching new ideas, and helping define our games’ artistic direction.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to keep our visuals innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ Years) in 2D art with a strong portfolio showcasing your art skills, especially in game assets or concept art.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar digital art software.
• A solid understanding of basic design principles, including form and composition, color theory, material exploration, and visual storytelling.
• Flexibility to work across a range of art styles and adapt to different visual directions.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to create simple 3D models as a complementary skill.
• Familiarity with Unity or other game engines.
