Acierta is a design & production house with offices in Spain, UK, France, Qatar and US, operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person to join our Valencia office.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent organization and representation skills as well as an interest for project management and capacity to work simultaneously in various fast paced projects. They will be working alongside the Architecture and Project Management teams, designing, developing and also project managing wide range of projects:

• Retail Permanent stores
• Interior design and furniture
• Pop up stores
• Window displays
• Events
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the team designing and developing spatial concepts in line with the brand identity, understanding project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.
• Used to work with drawing packages, including space planning documents, construction drawings and joinery details with the highest drawing standards.
• Understanding and handling of accurate 3D models as well as rendering visuals and graphic documents (hand sketches, moodboards, conceptual images…)
• Helping to create and maintain drawing libraries and drawing quality and CAD standards.
• Controlling costs and managing budget.
• Time management: Elaborating, updating and controlling of retroplannings. Project planning and guarantee of timelines.
• Coordinating and managing project development and on-site works.
• Coordinating and communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  
  

Skills

• The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with great conceptual vision, outstanding technical and organization skills as well as highly organised.
• Strong in communication with clients as well as internally with the direct team and all other departments of the company (logistics, installation, technical development etc.).
• Capable of managing different projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing from large scale WW productions to one off bespoke installations.
  
  

BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).
  
  

Experience

• Ideally 3-5 year experience in similar roles.
  
  

LANGUAGES

• Spanish
• English (advance)
• French (desirable)
  
  

Software

• CAD software: Autocad / other.
• A plus: 3D Modelling & Rendering software: Sketch up / Rihnoceros / Vray / other.
• A plus: Adobe creative suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Office package.
