About The Company
Saily is a product forged within Nord Security that provides eSIM service for travelers and explorers. It helps to save on roaming, removes the hassle of finding local SIM cards, protects traveler data from local internet service providers.

The product is growing rapidly and with it, its team - we’re hiring competent Engineers to help us navigate this growth and ensure we’re providing the best possible value to our customers.

What You Will Do

• Work hand-in-hand with a cross-functional team of engineers and product people to deliver value to our customers;
• Support product owners in reaching best feature outcome by enabling multi-dimensional personalization, A/B experimentation, and analytics;
• Implement codebase improvements that bring actual practical value to other Engineers;
• Collaborate with strong specialists to find the correct, business-centric compromises to the hard problems we face;
• Continuously learn and gain further knowledge (and then share it with the team) in the fields of architecture, data, and various languages;
• Exercise influence on the overall vision of the product and long-term goals of your team
  
  
  
  
  

What We Expect

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with distributed event-driven software systems
• Experience in designing software systems, making hard tradeoffs
• Willingness to work across different technologies and learning new ones
• Self-sufficiency and ability to work with abstract problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
