AI/ML Engineer – Life Sciences

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML expert to help shape the future of drug discovery and development.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, high revenue, market leader in life science data and cloud AI; building tools that accelerate breakthroughs across pharma and biotech.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, train, and validate AI/ML products
• Liaise and coordinate with commercial and scientific teams to translate data into impact
• Lead projects in reinforcement learning, NLP for scientific documents, or protein design/diffusion models
• Advise leadership on technical and commercial progress and viability

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Biological Sciences
• 5–10+ years in AI/ML engineering and tools
• Preferential experience for developing and engineering AI/ML tools in commercial life sciences
• Expertise in at least one: ML-reinforcement learning, NLP/LLMs, or protein design

Working Style:

This is a hybrid position with typical work being performed from home office but must be able to to meet customers in Vienna up to 4 or 5 times/week
