About the Role:

As a Manager Cyber Risk Advisory, you will:

• Leverage your expertise and deep understanding of industry-leading cybersecurity standards and frameworks to identify and address clients' risks.
• Develop strategic security approaches that enable clients to confidently navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
• Guide clients in maturing their cyber risk management practices through cutting-edge technologies and risk reporting systems.
• Take ownership of end-to-end engagements—from business development and project setup to seamless delivery—ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
• Use your entrepreneurial mindset to develop new cybersecurity services and methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in cyber risk advisory.
• Lead with empathy, guide your team toward professional growth, and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years in Information Security, GRC, or related domains (consulting experience is a plus).
• A proven track record in delivering information security projects as both a subject matter expert and project manager.

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong expertise in conducting cyber risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Fluency in English and German (French is a plus).
