Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an L2 Back Office Engineer located in Muscat. The L2 Back Office Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for Nokia network systems. They will handle customer service inquiries, offer technical training to clients and staff, and ensure the efficient operation of information technology services. The role involves working closely with various teams to resolve issues and maintain network performance, Open TT with Nokia global support.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
