About The Team

The NDRE (Network Development and Reliability Engineering) team is responsible for the network infrastructure of Shopee and Monee. Our mission is to maintain and enhance the stability, availability, and manageability of the network infrastructure. We achieve this by developing software and standard processes to manage and monitor these network systems.

Job Description

  • Responsible for reviewing & monitoring network maintenance.
  • Participate in network diagnosing and troubleshooting by basic network knowledge and existing inhouse tools.
  • Handle network alerts and follow up improvements.

Requirements

  • Familiar with common routing protocols(BGP/OSPF) and network protocols(TCP/HTTP).
  • Familiar with at least one mainstream network vendors' command line operations.
  • Knowledge with at least one of the script languages: Python, Shell.
  • Having a Cisco, Huawei's network certificate is a bonus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus to facilitate cross border communication with the stakeholders in China
