Project Lead

Proclinical is seeking a Project Lead to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on managing technical initiatives within workshops and logistics projects, with an emphasis on process optimization and standardization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects and support the development of technical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical initiatives related to workshops and standardization.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement workshop and logistics projects to optimize processes and workflows.
• Support the development and introduction of technical standards.
• Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute projects.
• Analyze and evaluate data using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Act as a liaison between technical, logistics, IT, and other relevant departments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educational background in industrial engineering, logistics, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in technical or logistics projects.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel (including Pivot and Power Query), and Power BI.
• Experience conducting workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured work approach, and self-initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in German, with English being a plus.
