Tasks
Your Role
- Lead the continued full-stack development of our platform and products
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
- Guide the company’s technical direction in partnership with the CEO and product manager
- Operate our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes
- Build exciting, customer-focused features that drive the next wave of innovation
Your Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Scala OR other JVM-based languages and willingness to learn Scala
- Experience in frontend development using Vue.js (or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar)
- Expertise in managing cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on GCP
- Good command of SQL, ideally experience with Postgres
- A team player who communicates clearly, listens well, and delivers efficiently
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy and flexibility
- Proficiency in either German or English
- Experience with Play Framework, Slick, Catz, and other functional programming tools
- Passion for behavioral science and psychological data
- Experience leading & coordinating outsourced development projects
