Business Analyst

Digital Biz Solutions Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst with Ivalua Certification & Experience to work on some major client projects in Singapore

Product Configurator (General):

• Configure Ivalua S2P modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier, Procurement, Invoicing, Catalogue) to meet business needs and improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Translate business needs into configurations and prototypes; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing to validate solutions.
• Prepare documentation, training, and demos to drive adoption and system sustainability.

Functional Configurator:

• Lead design discussions and convert business requirements into effective configurations.
• Map and optimise workflows and business rules to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.

Technical Configurator:

• Develop and maintain integrations (ERP, e-signature, ETL, APIs) and manage deployments.
• Oversee technical activities, including data migration, backend configuration, and performance setup.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for workflows, databases, and system performance.

Qualifications, Skills & Mindset

General:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years’ Source-to-Pay/procurement solution experience; 1+ year in Ivalua configuration.
• Ivalua L3 Certification (Functional or Technical Specialist).
• Knowledge of procurement processes (RFx, Contracts, Supplier, Procurement, Invoicing).
• Experience with Agile delivery (e.g. SCRUM) and large-scale/public sector solutions (SG Gov preferred).
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement: requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, cutover/go-live.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for public service and awareness of data protection/privacy.
• Advantageous: familiarity with GCC, SHIP-HATS, SGTS.

Functional Configurator (specific):

• Strong communication and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into functional specs.
• Experience in leading user training and stakeholder presentations.
