Project Manager - MD Office

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our MD Office, reporting directly to the VP. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure cross-departmental alignment with MD directives, oversee governance and reporting frameworks, and drive key strategic initiatives across IT, Finance, Projects, and Operations.

What you’ll do:

• Translate MD directives into actionable plans and track execution.
• Lead governance, reporting, and PowerBI dashboarding for performance visibility.
• Drive strategic projects, RFPs, and vendor management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Introduce process improvements and automation for operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in operations, governance, or consulting (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in project management, reporting, and PowerBI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business / Operations; PMP / PRINCE2 a plus.
