As a Senior Project Manager within the Project Management Office team, your role centers on collaborative engagement with the business to drive the successful delivery of projects with measurable outcomes. Leading intricate projects incorporating technology components and business process enhancements, you will exercise project leadership to support strategic initiatives spanning various business areas and operations teams.

What you will bring:

· 10+ years of direct Project Management experience in increasing complexity and challenging projects.

· Demonstrated experience in business transformation, emphasizing streamlining processes and a proactive embrace of automation-first strategies.

· Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to proactively identify problems, gather information and set and monitor a course of action.

· Diverse and creative solution orientation, focusing on technical and process solutions for the financial business area.

· Competent and proficient understanding of various technology platforms, including ERPs like SAP and PeopleSoft.

· Proven strength in the application and interpretation of Project Management methodologies.

· Experienced with Operational Model Design and deployment

· Experienced with Management System Design and deployment

· Experienced working with HR Programs and Functions
