Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ERP systems and proven ability to take ownership of both technical delivery and project management responsibilities. This hybrid role will combine hands-on development with technical leadership and ERP project oversight, working closely with the Technical Lead (acting as Scrum Master initially) to drive our ERP platform forward.

The ideal candidate is an absolute expert in JavaScript, deeply experienced in building scalable systems with Node.js, React, and modern databases, while also demonstrating the organizational and leadership skills to oversee ERP projects end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & ERP Development

  • Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our ERP system
  • Deliver high-quality full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, and relational/non-relational databases
  • Make key technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and best practices
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through reviews, mentoring, and standards

ERP Project Management

  • Work with the Technical Lead and leadership team to define ERP requirements, scope, and milestones
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and system features
  • Act as the primary ERP project lead, coordinating developers and ensuring timely deliverOversee testing, deployment, and integration with other systems

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Contribute actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with the Technical Lead as Scrum Master
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology
  • Proactively flag risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Expert-level JavaScript skills with deep experience across multiple libraries and frameworks
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)
  • Solid database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL), including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Proven track record of leading ERP projects or large-scale enterprise system builds
  • Ability to act as both technical lead and ERP project manager
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, system integrations, and API-first design

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with ERP-specific modules (finance, HR, CRM, inventory, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
  • Background in agile coaching or mentoring development teams
  • Experience with TypeScript
