junior AI/NLP specialist

The profile we are looking for is junior: Bachelor 1y+ of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

• Designing and Optimizing AI Models: Developing, fine-tuning, and deploying diverse NLP models tailored to meet the document management needs, ensuring the solutions are scalable and efficient.
• Chatbot Integration: Creating and implementing a sophisticated chatbot solution capable of handling document queries, ensuring that it seamlessly integrates into the clients environment and supports efficient information retrieval.
• Enhancing RAG and Semantic Search: Designing and refining RAG and semantic search frameworks to boost document analysis capabilities, enabling quicker and more relevant insights to aid in decision-making processes.
• Collaborative Development and Reporting: Working with various teams to align AI solutions with EU data standards and providing continuous feedback and reports on AI impact and improvements.

Technologies: Python, NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic search tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure for cloud deployment, SQL, Spring AI,...

Methodologies: Agile project management, machine learning model lifecycle (data collection, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation), transfer learning for NLP model adaptation, cross-functional team collaboration, and EU-compliant data privacy and security practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and NLTK or spaCy.
• Experience working with pre-trained transformer models (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers).
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for language technology and solving real-world problems with AI.
