Mandatory Skillset:

• Market Mix Modelling, Muti Touch Attribution and marketing analytics
• Python and common ML libraries and SQL
• AI/ML Model development workflow (data transformation, cleaning and missing value treatment, feature engineering, model development, selection and fine tuning, model deployment)
• Experience with GCP
• GitHub, repository management and CI/CD
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPSs, Power Pivot, VBA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing measurement models such as Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Causal Inference Models, Forecasting, and Optimization models.
• Build and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure required for these models.
• Apply hands-on expertise in model development and deployment in cloud environments (especially GCP Vertex AI), leveraging statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and a deep understanding of marketing data and platforms.
• Collaborate with the data science team to understand business goals, contribute to solution design, and support model development and implementation.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, interpret patterns, and inform modeling decisions. This includes analyzing marketing performance, customer engagement, and outcome data from multiple sources.
• Manage the full lifecycle of model development—from understanding business needs and creating solutions to deployment, consumption, and value realization.
• Ensure data quality through validation and maintain integrity throughout the modeling and analysis process.
