Role Title: Transformation Project Manager

Reporting to: Area Transformation Manager

Type of Role: Individual Contributor


Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Understand Logistics & Services (L&S) offerings of Shipping Companies
  • Lead and execute multiple large-scale transformation projects
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope development, storyboarding, cross-project dependency management, and delivery within defined timelines.
  • Drive financial analysis, business planning, and strategic evaluations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop business models and frameworks to support critical decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, providing clear, data-driven perspectives on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop robust business models to support critical decision-making processes.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders, tailoring communications to drive alignment and influence outcomes via Business writing and presentations
  • Monitor project KPIs and progress, providing timely updates and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required experience & skills:

  • Strong expertise in strategy, business transformation, and consulting.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management and execution of large-scale initiatives.
  • Solid background in financial analysis, modeling, and MIS tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and feasibility assessments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage with C-suite executives, boards, and senior leadership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Competence in business development, proposal writing & client engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management


Education background:

  • MBA (Strategy, Finance, General) is Compulsory
  • Certification in Project Management / Business Analytics is preferred
