Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who can think beyond screens and design experiences across devices and channels.

You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for streaming-first SaaS products, including mobile apps, web platforms, funnel builders, and AI-powered CRMs.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Hyderabad with high ownership.

Your design will directly influence how thousands of businesses deliver engaging experiences to their audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform UX Design : Design seamless user journeys across desktop, mobile, and tablet apps for streaming and engagement products.
  • Streaming Experiences : Create intuitive interfaces for live video, on-demand content, chat, engagement tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Mobile-First Design : Prioritize native iOS and Android app experiences, ensuring performance and usability in real-time streaming contexts.
  • UI & Interaction Design : Translate complex workflows (funnels, AI automations, CRM) into simple, elegant, and scalable interfaces.
  • Product Thinking : Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to define problems, co-create solutions, and ensure execution feasibility.
  • Design Systems : Build and maintain a consistent design language system that scales across platforms and devices.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing : Develop interactive prototypes, run usability tests, and iterate based on user behavior and feedback.
  • Innovation Mindset : Explore emerging design trends in streaming, SaaS, and AI and bring creative solutions to enhance user adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in product design for SaaS, mobile apps, or streaming platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-device product design, particularly for mobile apps and data-heavy dashboards.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong grasp of usability principles, information architecture, and real-time interaction design.
  • Exposure to streaming/OTT platforms, video players, or live engagement tools is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of front-end capabilities (React Native, Flutter, or responsive design frameworks knowledge preferred).
  • Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills to align design with product and business goals.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience designing video-first or OTT/streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with real-time engagement tools like chat, polls, breakout rooms, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization in product design.
  • Skills in motion design or micro-interactions to enhance streaming experiences.
