ConfirmTkt and AbhiBus became a part of ixigo in 2021. ixigo is headquartered in Gurugram with offices in Bangalore (ConfirmTkt) and Hyderabad (AbhiBus). The ixigo, ConfirmTkt and AbhiBus apps allow travellers to book train tickets, flight tickets, bus tickets, hotels, cabs and provide travel utility tools and services developed using in-house proprietary algorithms and crowd- sourced information. In 2022, as per data.ai, ixigo was featured in the Top 10 most downloaded travel apps worldwide.

We are looking for a results-oriented and customer-focused Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer pain points and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor landscape to help inform product differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to deliver market-ready solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Leverage data and metrics to guide product decision-making.
• Communicate product plans, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders regularly.
• Proactively identify potential product risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in product management.
• An MBA from IIM or another recognized premier management school is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong customer empathy and a user-first mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with design thinking and product discovery techniques.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and modern web frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
