Network Administrator
Contract – 6 months

The Network Administrator is a hands-on role responsible for supporting, maintaining, and deploying network configurations across multiple sites. This position focuses on practical execution, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support, rather than network design or architecture. The role involves both operational support and participation in major network migration and deployment projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with network migration across multiple sites.
- Deploy and manage switches, access points, and power distribution units (PDUs).
- Support and troubleshoot firewalls and SD-WAN tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors for connectivity and issue resolution.
- Provide L3 network support, including escalation management.
- Offer on-site support for data centers and local office network infrastructure.
- Maintain and reference network documentation for troubleshooting and project participation.
- Collaborate with the internal network team and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience in network administration and L3 support.
- Familiarity with firewalls, SD-WAN solutions, switches, PDUs, and access points.
- Experience with ticketing systems and managing support escalations.
- Ability to retain technical knowledge and apply it effectively in troubleshooting and projects.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with vendors and remote teams.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of balancing support and project tasks.
- Relevant networking certifications are a plus but not required.
