Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a:

Supply Chain Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist

on a 6/8 month-contract based in Basel, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain & Reporting: Manage and improve reports tracking Plan vs Actuals and Plan vs Target in terms of volume and value.
• Power BI & S&OP: Utilize Power BI for Sales & Operations Planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• WBS & Project-Based Reporting: Apply Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure project-focused reporting.
• Business-IT Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business and IT to update documentation and manage change requests during the system transition.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics and Data Engineering.
• Proficiency with Power BI and S&OP processes.
• Understanding of WBS and project-based reporting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between business and IT teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage documentation effectively.
• Experience in a CDMO environment.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of supply chain planning.
