We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong product instincts to join our Fusion by Devoted platform team. As a key member of the product design team, you'll shape intuitive, scalable experiences that enable seamless collaboration, content delivery, and workflow visibility. We're specifically seeking someone who's worked on marketplace-style platforms or multi-sided products, with a deep understanding of how to balance the needs of internal teams and external users in a fast-moving, creative ecosystem

Major Responsibilities:

Act as a design stakeholder, helping shape features that deliver real value to platform users
Design and maintain a cohesive, intuitive visual language across Fusion's product experience
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for data-rich interfaces
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences
Conduct user research and apply design thinking to solve complex UX challenges
Produce key UX deliverables (e.g. personas, journey maps) and support usability testing
Ensure design implementation meets spec and maintain consistency through reviews and QA handoffs
Stay current on design trends and platform competitors to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Designer
Experience designing for marketplace or platform-based services
Strong background in UI design for data-dense and information-heavy interfaces
Proficient in Interaction Design and Human-Centered Design
Hands-on experience with UX research, UX design, and visual/UI design
Ability to apply Design Thinking in product development
Skilled in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Strong visual sensibility across typography, layout, and branding
Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs from concept to delivery
Comfortable working with animations and illustration to elevate user experience
Understanding of basic coding principles (to work effectively with developers)
Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
Bonus points for experience with:
